Kelvin Cloud provides a centralised workspace for managing clinical studies, bringing sites, patients, assignments, assessment bundles and user accounts together within one interface. In this example, the study administration dashboard provides dedicated views for sites, patients, assignments and bundles, with controls for creating and managing study records and user access. The dashboard shows at-home and in-clinic assessment bundles configured for essential tremor and cervical dystonia, alongside individual assignments for Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor and cervical dystonia, demonstrating how the same study administration framework can be configured for different protocols, assessment workflows and disease areas beyond the examples shown.
Recurring Assessment Schedules
Kelvin Cloud enables research and clinical teams to manage patients, assessments and study schedules within a centralised workspace. In this example, the user navigates from the Kelvin dashboard to the Patients section, where they can view patient details, clinical information and upcoming assessments across studies involving Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, tardive dyskinesia, cervical dystonia, multiple sclerosis and more. The user selects Schedule to see further information about a patient’s assessment schedule, including upcoming, completed and cancelled assessments and the patient’s time zone. The animation then demonstrates study-level scheduling within Kelvin Cloud, where the user can describe a study protocol using an AI-assisted prompt to set up recurring assessments. Once scheduled, assessments can be reviewed and managed in either calendar or list view. The animation demonstrates how Kelvin Cloud brings patient management and protocol-based assessment scheduling together in one workspace, helping teams coordinate studies and maintain visibility over assessment activity.
Study teams can track upcoming assessments and completion progress and create protocol-based recurring schedules using simple text prompts.
Assessment Comparison & Review
Patient assessments across multiple study visits can be reviewed side by side with access to clinical scores, treatment information and recorded videos.
Kelvin Cloud enables clinical assessments from different study visits to be reviewed side by side, bringing recorded clinical video together with clinical scores and treatment information for comparison. In this example, two assessments from the same patient are compared under different deep brain stimulation (DBS) states. The first assessment shows DBS stimulation off, with the seated patient’s hands resting on their knees, while the second shows DBS stimulation on, with the patient raising their right hand during the recorded task. Each assessment displays UPDRS, face, rigidity and tremor scores alongside medication, levodopa and DBS status, allowing study teams to compare recorded movement, clinical presentation and assessment data across visits. Each assessment also links directly to Kelvin Cortex for further analysis of clinical video and multimodal data, including video kinematics and specialised AI analysis workflows.
